	Quantifying metrics of stemness requires measuring the spatiotemporal histories of each cell’s fate in population. To compare the four different types of cell culture conditions (control,FGF2, BMP2, and FGF2 + BMP2), we applied our tracking system to the sequence. Our system can provide full lineage trees to compute the metrics over time (e.g. cell population,cell cycle, cell mitotic rate, tree synchrony. Biologists can quantitatively and efficiently characterize cell behaviors in vitro in response to different culture conditions by using the measures.
